Hi everyone! We just opened 2 new beach residential sims named Astoria Islands and Mia Islands. Each sim has 14 plots of 4,096sqm for sale with each plot having 1070 prims (more prims than the standard 937 prims). Moreover, Corner plots and Beachfront plots bear a tier of L$1670/week (lower than our standard rate) while inland plots bear a tier of only L$1280/week (much lower than our standard rate). All plots are now setup for sale at the first week tier so your tier will be due one week after your purchase.

We encourage all our tenants on our older similar residential sims namely Aeshia Islands, Alicia Islands, Arubia Islands, Attilia Isle, Camilia Islands, Celestia Islands, Felicia Islands, Gardenia Islands, Gia Islands, Luvinia Islands, Naomia Islands, Noosa Heads, Oceania Islands, Odelia Isle, Ophelia Isle, Razzia Islands and Upia Islands, to move to the new sims and benefit from the lower tier and more prims! You can just go ahead and buy the plot you want, move your objects from your old land to the new land and send us an IM to inform us about your move so we replace your old land by your new land on your account and also transfer any days left on your old land to your new land!

Hi! We have today reviewed the tier for our owners of full prim sims (65,536sqm with 15,000 prims) from L$24,500/week to L$22,600/week. The tier review has already been applied to our database and henceforth, all those concerned will be paying L$22,600 as the weekly tier instead of L$24,500

Moreover, we are now offering our sims for sale at ZERO UPFRONT PRICE. Henceforth, the price you will be paying while buying a sim from us will be your FIRST WEEK TIER PAYMENT for the sim and your tier duedate will therefore be automatically set to one week AFTER your purchase.
